Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Chris Bagwell (cbagwell) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: core audio drive exits when running slow Initial Comment: Hi, [ Sorry for sending to the list instead of submitting to the bug tracker. Can't submit without a sourceforge account. I checked the tracker to see if this is already reported, though. ] On OS X 10.5.2 (coreaudio audio driver I suppose), $ play whatever.wav speed 0.9 does immediately terminate the command instead of replaying the file slowed down. (There are no signs of a crash, though.) This is SoX 14.2.0. SoX 14.0.1 worked fine. Workaround: $ mkfifo x.wav $ sox whatever.wav x.wav speed 0.9 Then in another shell, $ play x.wav Best, --Lorenz ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=110706&aid=2570922&group_id=10706 |
