#199 simpler standalone binary please

I downloaded SOX 14.4.2 and found out that it now depends from cca 1'000'000'000'000 (well, maybe just 14) DLL's. Previous 14.4.1 needed just 1 "zlib1.dll". Would it be possible to provide a simpler standalone binary (no 3rd party code, no 3rd party codecs, no DLL's, just own native support of uncompressed and raw audio formats)? Thanks.
