#198 fixed normalization

Hey guys,

I'm new to SoX. I've read the manual but still haven't figure out how to apply normalization correctly. I would like to see an option for defining a fixed db for normalization.
I would like to get all my files to have 89db and I didn't manage to get it done by SoX.
Am I missing something?

sox in.wav out.wav gain -n -89 should do what you want (though normalizing to -89 dB makes for very quiet files!)
