[SoundComp-Develop] install on MacOSX

Hi All,

I've been able to install Eclipse on the Mac, install the C/C++ tool  
chain, checkout the SoundComp files and build. The build apparently  
went without error except that, although it created the SoundComp.jar  
file, it did not create Debug/LibSoundCompC.dll

Consequently, the test runs all failed.

Any ideas?
