Allow for volunteers to maintain their own information and skills. Admin validation and approval of volunteer updates before data becomes available in reports.
nice to have - Ability to send email reminders volunteers to update the info to ensure its current.

Great idea, but for a few years, I haven't had time to add features to SOS and this one is a bit complicated---to expand the login system (user creation, password resets, etc) for users other than volunteer coordinators.
