[sooperlooper-users] Havign trouble getting started

I can get sooperlooper to record. I have activity in main in mon and 
main out and thresh and out.
but no audio actually comming out of my computer

I am trying to get sooperlooper to record from my internal mic and play 
through my computer speaker which are connected in the headphone jack. I 
have a macbook.

any advice? is there morw information i should give?
