The one missing piece of setup information: what about the 'mon in' setting in SL? I assume since it sounds like you are doing software monitoring, you have them turned up in SL, since otherwise you wouldn't hear your input. You also didn't describe your input track setup.. are there any plugins, is the external input the same on all tracks? You have several options: (1) do not monitor through SL, turn all mon in levels down, instead create a dedicated track just for monitoring your input. (2) turn all but 1 loop's mon in down, leaving just one for monitoring your live input. Also, are you doing something with the independent loops with your output tracks? If not, just send the audio output from the midi track (hosting SL) to Master, as it represents SL's master output (the top sliders) and contains the output from all loops. If you are recording the separate outputs in Live itself, then nevermind. If I'm still missing something, please provide more info. jlc |
