When the network begins to be dense. It is better to discard or resize the arrow of edges/arcs in order to make the network look good. So, is there a way to do it in the .son file?

Currently the arrow sizes cannot be specified independently of the edge width in the .son file. However, using the "view options" dialog (on the view panel) you can either set it to turn off the arrowheads, or scale the size of the arcs and arrowheads to make them less obtrusive. Hope that helps.
