Hello,
I would like to use SonG to import files, but I can't find where to download SonG? Is it part of the sonia package? I've downloaded sonia already, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks and sorry about the very basic question! :)
While I have your attention though, I'm trying to create a network from a connectivity matrix (264 x 264), where each value in the matrix represents the correlation strength between the 2 nodes. What is the best way to import a matrix file into sonia?
Thank you!
Chelsea

It isn't easy to find. Its included in the file downloads on the
sourceforge site:

If you only have one point in time (a single matrix) I don't thing that
SoNIA is the best tool for constructing your visualization. I think it
may support input in the UCINET fullmatrix format, but I haven't tested
it in a very long time.
