[SO-devel] Patch to GFF3 spec

Hi Lincoln,

I'm attaching a small patch to the GFF3 spec that will do two things:

  1. Add the ability to negate Ontology_terms

  2. Make clear that Ontology_term values don't need to be enclosed in
quotes.

I posted discusion about this with Josh Goodman to the SO mailing list,
but I think my email to the list is caught up in spam limbo at the
moment.

What do you think?
