We are in the process of moving to github, but you can link to these files directly from the main webage.
The equivalent is the simple file.

Which of several current SO (in OBO format) is the best match/replacement for the older (say 2012) so.obo files (I bet it's so-xp-simple.obo, right)?

Also, I visited sequenceontology.org<http://sequenceontology.org> and came across to http://sequenceontology.org/resources/intro.html page to find that the "The Full version" link is broken (should it point to the so-xp-simple.obo?), and the tiny feedback link at the green footer of that page leads to Report Page Errors<http://sourceforge.net/tracker2/?func=add&group_id=72703&atid=535339> ...

Also, what is http://sourceforge.net/projects/song/files/Sequence%20Ontology/so_2_5_3/ ?
