guys, SO already contains the terms for organelle sequences in the attributes section. The relationships between plastids, apicoplasts, chloroplasts,macronucleii etc are already there. I was going to make a term chloroplast_chromosome the cross product between isa chromosome has_origin chloroplast_sequence ditto for the other organelle chromosomes.
