'chloroplast chromosome' must be considered as synonym for 'plastid chromosome'. There is no difference in the genome/sequence, except that one was isolated (source) from a more developed form of the plastid i.e. chloroplast. If its mature and green the plastid is called chloroplast. No need to create a separate term for it.
