I suggest we add as isa of chromosome

chromosome
..isa:mitochondrial_chromosome
....isa:kinetoplast_chromosome
..isa:plastid_chromosome

thinks like kinetoplast_sequence, plastid_sequence would then be partsof these.

This is not an exhaustive list, but we can add any others on demand
