Hi Daniel
I will open a tracker item for you to request the term, and add it for you.
Do you have a definition/ paper to reference?
Are do these nc RNA's have introns? Your scheme looks right but probably exon should be a part of the tasiRNA

Hi,
what is the common practice to annotate tasiRNA genes in GFF3? There
seem to be no terms yet?
Currently I am using the following terms
gene --> tasiRNA_primary_transcript --> exon
--> tasiRNA
Is there a better way?
Best,
Daniel
