How do I install the Web Client?
On http://www.somap.org/sobf/web.html this is all there is about it:
"The web client can be run from most of todays browsers. The installation is quite simple and requires a web server running Apache Tomcat."
Is there a WAR file somewhere that I can drop into a TOMCAT installation? or are there other steps to follow?
