#3 Rendering mixed lists

#:item 2 indent

is rendered with each line numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 whereas the two indented lines should not be numbered.
As a side issue, the preview displays the indented lines with newlines after the numbers.

This numbering problem seems to be solved with the last version of the bliki engine, I'll try to add it to the next release (hopefully in the next few weeks).
The space between lines, however, seems to be a feature of bliki. I'm considering to move to another parser.
