Literally, During one of my first games all card were in play (not face down) and the 7 of spades is nowhere to be found. See screenshot.

This happened to me as well while playing Canfield. One card was missing (the 8 of spades).
Same here with Klondike... 7 of spades never shows up.
same thing happened to me, but it was the 6 and 8 of hearts. in my first game after downloading the software. deleting it right now.
