I need to test an application using a PKI (Public Key
Infrastructure). This means that I need to present client
certificate (file in PKCS#12 format). Would it be possible
to incorporate this kind of identification way meanwhile
    incorporating https connection ?

    Thanks !

PS : I'm ready to be part of the development (I'm skilled in
security algorithm/architecture) ; my work situation
actually allows me a lot of freedom for innovations.

A fantastic idea. I believe I have searched extensively and
cannot find any (let a lone a good one) scripting tool that
supports https protocols. I am puzzled by the lack of
interest. Most applications use https these days. I await
    updates.

HTTPS support is really critical for me. Currently I have to
shell out to BadBoy (http://www.badboy.com.au) to get this
    capability.

Since my development environment is Eclipse I would much
rather stick with a plugin and gain platform independence.

The HTTPS protocol support is already available during
playback thanks to HTTPClient. I'll add an HTTPS activation
parameter in the preferences, along with the HTTPS proxy
    parameters.

The 0.5.3 release now features an HTTPS support during
playback. You are still bound to record the session in plain
    HTTP.

You have then to activate the HTTPS in the Preferences and
the session will be played in SSL.
