I just uploaded Version 0.23 to sf.net.
0.23 brings the daemon - the support for unix daemons have now been overhauled and should be now fairly complete.
After the release of the version 0.21 I detected an error in the boost
thread library. The bug results that solarpowerlog freezes after several
hours.
This release just enforces that the minimum version of boost is 1.48,
where it seems that this bug is not present -- at least after around
~100 hrs of testing I could not observer this problem again.

Long time ago I hacked some improvements, some bug fixes ...
In a word: Time to release 0.21
0.21 allow serial communications, the requested shared communication (to
build daisy-chain comms) has been implemented (but it needs testers)
and much more... See below for the commit log.
At sourceforge you can find the sources and a debian package for i386.

Its time again. Solarpowerlog 0.20 is out.
Brand new and therfore the big leap in the versioning is the HTMLWriter output.
Yes, solarpowerlog now writes html pages to be served by your favorite web-
server.
Of course, due the hacking and coding, documentation was again a little bit
neglected. I suggest you use the solarpowerlog.conf given in the
tools/sputnik-simulator -- this one is most complete.
The version 0.12 is out and uploaded to sf.net
New is, that I also provide a debian package for the armel architecture, which is -- for example -- suitable for the Thecus N2100
There are now two mailinglists for solarpowerlog:
solarpowerlog-users: User Topics
https://lists.sourceforge.net/mailman/listinfo/solarpowerlog-development
solarpowerlog-devel: Development-Topics

Today, I made the last changes to get the solarpowerlog 0.01 version release.
0.01 sounds not pretty much, but this version is the one that really does something: It can talk to the inverter (Sputnik Solarmax S Series at least) and prints the queried informations...
