3.2.1 stops responding and even jumps back

3.2.1 is better than 3.2, but I still have big problems using it. 2.8 displays none of these symptoms. I am using the 6.5.1 server on SUSE Linux, and SoftSqueeze is on Windows.
What happens is that after playing for a while (aminute on 3.2, ~15 on 3,2,1) SoftSqueeze's display freezes. The time and VU Bars stop changing. Often it jumps back to the previous thing that was played! It often jumps back during my navigation to play a new selection!
I have JDK 1.5.0_09 installed. I saw the same thing with _08 too.
I have seen this thing happen as well.
Although I'm running 6.5.1 nightly build on Win2003 server.
Comforting to know that there are more out there with this problem.
I have the latest JRE installed.

It is still doing this, and is most annoying. I think it has to do with mouse focus. If I click on SS (thew control window) it works so long as I leave the mouse there. When I move the mouse elsewhere, it reverts to some old display state. Right now, about 2 hours ago!
Please someone look into this!
