[Sofia-sip-devel] newbie need help with compiling hello sample

I am getting the following error :

[root@anne-d sofia]# make
gcc `pkg-config sofia-sip-ua --cflags --libs` -DCALLER \

Package sofia-sip-ua was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `sofia-sip-ua.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable

I tried configuring PKG but it does not work:

PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/include/sofia-sip-1.12/sofia-sip/


Does anyone know what is the problem?
