Not found g-module-open-utf8 on libgmoduke-2.0-.0.dll Can not use sodipodi from xpwindows

Same problem here, after renaming zlib.dll to fix that problem.
Exact message is : "The procedure entry point g_module_open_utf8 could not be located in the dynamic link library libgmodule-2.0-2.dll."
This fix worked: "rename the libgmodule.**.dll to .dll.bak, and made a copy of the GTK dll named libgmodule-2.0-0.dll (fro. c:\program files\share\GTK\2.0\bin) into the sodipodi dir."
(see:http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php? func=detail&aid=1156602&group_id=4054&atid=104054)
I had the same message and the fix worked perfectly well for me. Thank you !!
It took me time to understand all the manipulation.
Let just clarify a bit :
If you have "libgmodule-2.0-2.dll", you have to find *-2.0-.0.dll
You must have a point before the last 0.

Problème avec la version GTK+ 2.8.9
Le point d'entée de procédure g_module_open_utf8 est introuvable dans la bibloithèque de liasons dynamiques libgmodule-2.0-0.dll
With version GTK+ 2.8.9 Not found g-module-open-utf8 on libgmoduke-2.0-.0.dll can't use sodipodi on xpwindows
"The procedure entry point g_module_open_utf8 could not be located in the dynamic link library libgmodule-2.0.0.dll."
Yes, add a '.' before the last 0 AND IT WILL WORK!
IE: "libgmodule-2.0-0.dll" => "libgmodule-2.0-.0.dll"
I have done this with my old win2000 pc and have just installed Sodipodi on my new Vista laptop.
Thankyou Adrien!!! -thecomputerprogrammer
