This new version fixes some problems with the catchball command. It also addes some new playmodes (undocumented in the manual)

Socker is a framework for development of teams in the simulated robocup. A new socker is released. The new release contains small bug fixes to the world model and some changes to the deviser and the pva (post visual analyser). It also fixes some problems with missing packages.
