#6 Enhance the email-the-members page

The page should be enhanced to allow choosing one of
the following:

* Email the members of a certain user group
* Email attendees on a certain adventure. For normal
users, the adventures they've attended. For officers
and root, any adventure.
* For officers and admin, a checkbox to allow
disregarding the "never email me" bit flag.

We also need to add the following features:

- Allow sending on someone's behalf (this should be an
officers option). This would allow forwarding emails from
outside folks.

- Include the member's name, not just their email address,
in the From line.
