I regret to say, since I moved back to Poland, things been too tight & fast.

FYI,
Personally, I need to get SOCI 3.2.3 off my table, before I move to SOCI 4.
For SOCI 4, my I have two priorities: clean up numeric/integer types support
and develop new tests.
