#255 WS-Security Sign/Encrypt for Timestamp

It would be great if the Outgoing WS-Security options admits the sign/encrypt of the Timestamp. As now this is impossible because the whole wsu:Security element is removed from the document before applying of the WS-Security sign/encrypt method.
