#661 Characters larger than 4 bytes are not supported

If I want to load one of my WSDLs with SoapUI 4.6.4 I get following exception:
org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: java.io.CharConversionException: Characters larger than 4 bytes are not supported: byte 0x84 implies a length of more than 4 bytes

If I load the same WSDL with SoapUI 4.6.1 everthing is well loaded and created.
Notepad++ and oXygen shows also no error if I check the file.
The error occurs only with this one WSDL.
