#42 include XML attributes in as_hash_ref

XML attributes should be included in as_has_ref's result for SOAP::WSDL::XSD::Typelib::ComplexType based objects.

Further, it should be possible to set XML attributes by passing a hash ref for special key in calls to ->new()
