Deserializing to perl hashes is a common task.

Creating a perl Hash deserializer would greatly simplify the life of many users.

This is a useful one - and a easy one, too.

Besides, it shows how we perfom in comparison to XML::Simple and XML::Compiled - so it's more than interessting to know...
