#100 Imported schema overwrites existing XML namespace/prefix map

When importing a schema including a already defined namespace prefix, the assoiated namespace is replaced by the namespace of the imported schema.

This leades to "NOT_FOUND" errors, because the WSDL processor cannot resolve the prefix' namespace correctly.
