I am a newcomer for snpEff. But I find it is very easy to use. Thanks for the software designer. I have a question on the database. I have not found the reference version of database in some species. For example, macaca (rhesus monkey), I only know the MMUL_1.74, but I hope to find which reference used in the position. Is it rheMac2 or rheMac3 ? Thanks.
