[snmpsim-users] Simulator Performance

Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to increase the performance of the
simulator with any settings.
I need to simulate 500+ devices and poll each of them every 10-30 seconds.
I am able to generate the 500 devices but the simulator seems to have
trouble maintaining and gathering data for all 500 devices.
Currently I am able to simulate 250 devices and grab data from them with no
problem.
Is there any way to improve the performance?

I am running the simulator on a linux machine with 8 GB of RAM running
CentOS. 2.67GHz CPU
