[snmpsim-users] SNMP Simulation using a .mib file?

Hello,

I am looking for a SNMP agent simulator that supports SNMPv3. 
Unfortunately, I don't have the device to walk because the device is not 
developed yet; however, I do have a .mib file.  Is it possible for this 
tool to read a .mib file and respond to SNMPv3 Sets/Gets?  If not, do you 
know of a tool that can do this?
