#3 Incremental backup doesn't backup new files that are old

If you want to do incremental backups, there is no way
to backup files have an old modification date but are
new to the location.

This behaviour is quite logic to me (and in some cases desired) since in filter expression you refer to the last backup date.
Functionality that you have described is rather "new fature" than a bug.
