Implement album creation based on directory name. I.e. if you will run the SmugSync from a directory named "Holiday 2008 on Hawai" and no albumid.rc file is found and "AUTOCREATEALBUMS=1" in smugsync.rc is used, then a new album with the name "Holiday 2008 on Hawai" should be created and the photos should be added to this albums. This will speedup a little the album publishing procedure....
ALBUMAUTOCREATE=1 was added to the smugsync.rc file. The previous name in details of this feature request was changed.
