What I can recommend is that you try and install the SMSLink server (detailed instructions on how to do that are provided on the site). Then, configure the server to store incoming messages in the backend MySQL database (that's the 'db' flag in the last field of the /etc/gsmdevices file -- "man 5 gsmdevices" for details). Once you get incoming SMS messages stored in the database this way, it's up to you to write your own application (whatever it does) to process them. I know that those are very basic instructions.
