#603 Time indicator in seek bar

Is it possible to show a tooltip popup on the seek bar showing the time that the mouse cursor is hovered over?

If I wanted to jump to 3m 14s into a video I have to keep selecting until I finally get the part I want.

Both YouTube and VLC have this functionality built in. Is it possible to add it to SMPlayer as well?

I want to add that the reason I use SMPlayer over VLC is that SMPlayer has much better video playback than VLC, at least on my laptop (Acer C720 running Xubuntu).

I can't completely switch to SMPlayer because..

1. it lacks time indicator in seek bar (a la VLC), and
2. mp3 playback isn't as smooth as VLC (it makes squeaking noise when I do "+10 seconds" etc or jump to a random point in the mp3 file)
