#570 Option - add all files from a folder in to the playlist
Option in the Preferences>Playlist
similar to the: ADD CONSECUTIVE FILES
When you open a file, the player will automaticly load in to the playlist all the playable files that are in the folder as well.
Not restricting it to some similar name only like option previously mentioned.

If files you are looking for are somewhere in the folder you wont have to return to the file manager to deal with them. Everythomg is in the playlist, without single action from you.
Alternative is that you will have to return to the file manager and practically use that as your playlist, either inadvertently closing reopening player as you click another file or deal with multiple instances.
Or do some right click adding to queue or ctrl+a drag files to playlist gymnastics.
If this option would be present, it would really ease things and if you are used to this functionality, living without it is bothersome
