#807 Missing HEVC VDPAU checkbox (ffhevcvdpau)

Hello. Smplayer (version 16.11.0 combined with mplayer version 1.2-1.3 at least) is missing the HEVC checkbox in "VDPAU Properties" dialog window. Please fix.

$ mplayer -vc help | grep hevcvdpau
ffhevcvdpau ffmpeg    working   FFmpeg HEVC / H.265 (VDPAU)  [hevc]

$ mplayer -V | head -n1
MPlayer 1.3.0-6.3.0 (C) 2000-2016 MPlayer Team

I've just added that option in svn r8519. However I can't test it on my computer. Let me know if it works as expected.
