#653 Position not restored, then Play action with no file opened

If no file is opened, the Play option will play a file from the
playlist.

But in this case, stored position ignored.
If no file opened, the Play option plays a file from the playlist EVERYTIME FROM BEGINING.

Reprodused in version 14.3 and 14.9.
Windows 7 32-bit.

Steps:
1 - open file, wait time or move position forward.
2 - restart SMPlayer.
3 - open file form recent file list - file will played from stored position.
4 - restart SMPlayer.
5 - click Play button - stored position ignored, file will played from beginig.

Bug reproduced in version 14.9.0.6731 with MPlayer, and with MPV too.

Go to preferences -> playlist and uncheck the option "play files from start".
