#61 Compact mode for audio files

When an audio file is opened and Video->Compact mode is selected, the player hides all controls and doesn't offer any way to restore to normal mode (except for pressing the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-C).

I think it should do something like this:
- When compact mode is selected and an audio file is playing:
hide toolbars and menu bar and leave only the play bar.
Right-click context menu should show the full menu (as if pressed over the video area) or at least the option to disable compact mode.

Note that if a playlist contains both audio and video files, compact mode must be handled correctly when switching from a video to an audio file in the playlist.
