"Add black borders" in the video filters menu doesn't work with vdpau. Subtitles are still displayed on the image. There is no difference if I use normal or SSA/ASS. It works correctly if I switch to xv.

As far as I know, video filters can't work when using vdpau, so smplayer disables all filters to avoid a mplayer crash.
