#571 Bundled icons are broken and cannot be loaded by libpng-1.6

Images that are technically broken (but worked with older libpng) no longer load with libpng-1.6.

Example using imagemagick:

convert: IDAT: invalid distance too far back `./src/icons-png/open_radio.png' @ error/png.c/MagickPNGErrorHandler/1751.

convert: corrupt image `./src/icons-png/open_radio.png' @ error/png.c/ReadPNGImage/3791.

Attached is a list of broken images included with smplayer-0.8.4

Solutions may include regenerating/resaving the affected images with a non-broken tool, or by using latest pngcrush (1.7.57) built against latest libpng from 1.5 series (1.5.15).
