#543 subtitle Issues

first one: in dvd sub (idx) and blueray sup, there is no colour in smplayer and smplayer2 but it viewed in MPC and VLC with colour

second one: seem like the last ver of smplayer (smplayer-0.8.2.4791) has no HarfBuzz enabled, unlike smplayer2
