#472 Cursor-highlighting in the Playlist window

visual bug in mouse-cursor highlighting of files in Playlist window.

A.) I cannot see the cursor highlight (the dotted line selection in win32 GUI environment) - see bug attached screenshot

b.) I am unable to highlight from a blank space on the list. So if I drag & drop e.g. 3 items to the Playlsit window, I then want to draw a highlight selection starting from beneath the third listed playlist item, I am unable to and can only do once hovered over a listed item but not from the space. also as mentioned in point 'A' above I cannot see the actual dotted-line indicator which shows
