smplayer adds wrong -vid on 2nd play

This is with smplayer Version: 0.6.7 (SVN r2831).. I'm sorry if this was fixed in a new version.
This problem can be seen when playing a mkv file where the video track is not the first track in the file. When I play the file the first time, everyting appears to work. However, when playing the file a second time (unless erasing all the saved file settings), smplayer attaches a -vid 0 to the mplayer options, and mplayer does not play the video.
This appears to be related to the new lavf demuxer, so I've reported this bug on the Mplayer mailing list instead.
