#368 Always on top while playing flicker/animate window.
I saw ID: 2478131 has fixed the issue like this. However, it seems I can not reopen it.
The problem is the window still flicker once while enter pause or playing state (unlike #2478131 that flickers forever). With some settings, which depends on the operating systems and window manager, it could be very annoy since there are animation effects. e.g. The window would be zoom out and then zoom in under Windows 7 with the visual effects enabled, and the user can not control the window during the time (about 1 second).

But this is actually a problem of the Qt library. When smplayer changes the flags of the windows, Qt hides the window, and then smplayer shows it again, causing that flicker.
