Smplayer titie unrecognize under utf8 evn.
Like many chinese people.When i use the smplayer watch the rmvb movies and find the title unrecognize,Because many chinese use the windows xp and code the movies use the gbk or gb2312 codepage.So under the utf8 env smpalyer maybe no iconv the title to utf8 as i think.

    It happened to Unicode font also. The font of the subtitle is Unicode Arial (the one come with Microsoft XP CD), and it displayed wrong in SMPlayer!

    If the path address contains UTF-8 characters on Windows XP (french), the video is unplayable.

    This was fixed in recent versions. Enable the option "Pass short filenames (8+3) to MPlayer" in preferences->advanced.
