[Smp-developers] The Database...is done!

Whew!  After a couple changes to the docs that I missed (see below) I
got it all in and the tables created! :)

All I changed was the address id to VARCHAR(10) instead of the INT
original.  I also changed how a couple of the tables will be indexed,
creating auto_increment id fileds and then indexing the relating id
fields (see the current class and class history tables).  Anyway, if you
have MySQL installed, or access to it somewhere, here's the dump I made
of the database (mysqldump).  It's staight SQL, so take a look even if
you don't if you want! :)  

Anyway, I'm going to get back to coding some more.  I've asked that the
CVS repository be dumped and I'm going to restart it, it's become a
mess!
